We add sidcup to our rapidly growing portfolio
Preston & Preston Capital are very excited to announce our latest acquisition, Unit 4 Sidcup Logistics Park (DA14), part of the newly completed Sidcup Logistics Park East by Chancerygate.
Unit 4 is our first acquisition east of the City and is conveniently located alongside the A20, 8 miles from the M25 and around 12 miles directly in to central London.
