Formed in 2016, Preston & Preston Capital is a British property investment firm focused on long term ownership, leasing and active management of mixed-use, commercial and light industrial properties. We are constantly seeking new assets to develop and add to our growing high-yield portfolio.
Preston & Preston Capital is privately held and privately funded. Our growth focus is on the origination, acquisition, development and long-term leasing of small and medium sized industrial properties of up to 10,000 square feet in South East England.
We partner with investors and JVs to share the returns we achieve on our assets.

Craig Preston
With 20+ years in energy investments and 12 years as a global head of trading with BP and Vitol Group, Craig brings a wealth of business experience. He has a background in a family commercial property business and began investing in buy-to-let residential, commercial and mixed-used properties in 2004. Craig has degrees in Business from The University of Newcastle on Tyne and Organisational Leadership from the Said Business School, the University of Oxford.
Madeline Preston
Madeline provides administrative, marketing and strategic support to Preston & Preston. She has over 10+ years management and fundraising experience, serving as executive director, fundraiser and relationship manager for creative organisations and America’s Cup sports teams. Working with HNW individuals, private and family foundations, corporations and government agencies, she has successfully steered and helped steward campaigns of up to £35m.
