Long-term upgrade plans for our newest building, 31 Ormside

We’ve acquired another building and our newest tenants are some of the “safest” around! 

31 Ormside is let on a 3-year fully repairing basis to SAFE I.S., a fire safety and training company in Redhill, East Surrey. 

With plenty of local amenities in the close-by town centre and a well connected train station, our tenants are in a very pleasant position.

And so are we! With a strong rental yield and opportunities to enact a long-term upgrade plan, we’re very excited about 31 Ormside. We’re focusing on lighting first - a quick win - to improve the unit’s energy efficiency. Working with our tenant, we will tackle the challenge of improving the environmental performance of this older building.
