We welcome DCM Surfaces Ltd, our newest tenant in Sunbury-on-Thames

We’ve found the perfect tenant for our new industrial warehouse in South West London.

DCM Surfaces Ltd is a national contractor specialising in surfacing, with 28 years of experience delivering a range of surfaces for all sorts of projects.

I’m delighted to say that last week, they completed on a 10-year lease for Unit 1, Trade City in Sunbury-on-Thames, which is located less than a mile from Junction 1 of the M3.

It’s in a great spot for road travel into the capital, and with Upper Halliford Station a half a mile away, DCM Surfaces employees have a convenient and fast route to London Waterloo.

The unit’s excellent eaves height and high floor loading capacity are ideal for DCM Surfaces, whose various materials and products make for some fascinating viewing!

DCM’s products range from playground and sports pitch surfacing to pathways and rooftops. Who knew rubber mulch could be so attractive?!

Thanks must go to Richard Newsam at Curchod & Co for facilitating the lease, and of course Beverley Holden and the team at DCM, whom we are very excited to have join us on the Preston & Preston journey.
